As a Product Owner, you will actively interact with product, R&D and field teams, as well as directly with customers to innovate and deliver an industry-leading product to the market.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Feature Specification: In collaboration with Product Managers, develop user stories and acceptance criteria for product features. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that the product interface meets the highest standards of user experience.
- Product Backlog Management: Take ownership of the product backlog. Groom and prioritize backlog items to ensure clarity and alignment with product goals.
- Agile delivery: Actively engage in agile ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Collaborate with Program Management to define the scope of product releases and ensure that each release delivers value to customers and aligns with the product roadmap. Follow progress of work and address issues during sprints.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering and Product Management. Facilitate open communication channels and ensure that all parties are aligned on product objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to define test cases and acceptance criteria. Ensure that all product features meet the required quality standards before release.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Agile Proficiency: Exhibit a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. Apply Agile principles to manage the product development lifecycle efficiently and adapt to changing market demands.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a solid grasp of software development practices and principles. Understand the technical aspects of the product to effectively communicate with the engineering team.
- User-experience focus: A keen eye for design and user experience, with the ability to work closely with our UX team to craft beautiful software and ensure smooth user journeys.
- Analytical Acumen: Demonstrate strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance metrics and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to inform backlog prioritization and product decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excel in verbal and written communication. Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders through effective collaboration and negotiation skills.
