What You’ll Do


As the Digital Marketing Manager at Dalet, you lead the overarching digital marketing experience both at corporate and product levels, streamline digital marketing data and automation workflows, as well as act as the digital specialist for lead generation activities.


Reporting into the Director of Marketing, Operations & Content, you’ll be in charge of the Dalet website and its long-term roadmap, working with our digital agency to continuously optimize UX and improve UI. You’ll work with the global marketing team to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital and social marketing tactics across all channels. You will be responsible for all aspects of content and campaign fulfillment, including content and creative development, media buying, testing, implementation, tracking, optimization and reporting. The right candidate will have a true passion for digital media, creative skills and excellent grasp of the performance-based digital marketing industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company’s online presence through owned, paid and earned media
  • Leverage all relevant digital marketing channels to build awareness, generate leads, increase
    conversion and enhance customer loyalty, including SEO/SEM, marketing
    database, email, social media, retargeting, and display advertising
  • Execute digital B2B marketing initiatives from the definition of objectives, target
    audiences, creative assets, timeline, tracking, ROI, optimization and reporting
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end experience across
    multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Create and continuously optimize customer segments to improve marketing
    effectiveness and efficacy
  • Measure and report performance of all digital and social channels, marketing
    campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Research, identify & test new online marketing channels to drive traffic and revenue
  • Make recommendations about campaigns that would improve customer experience
    and conversion rates based on that data
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital and social channels

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree with a specialization in digital marketing
    • Successful experience in digital marketing and/or performance marketing
    • Passionate about data and building complex automated systems gets you excited
    • Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail. Ability to drive projects is key
    • Self-starter who can work independently, but also collaborate with the broader team
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Understanding of B2B enterprise software audience is a plus
    • Experience with the below platforms and tools will be considered as a plus:
      • CMS systems such as Drupal and/or frameworks such as Bootstrap
      • Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
      • Web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
      • Mailing platforms such as CampaignMonitor
      • Digital advertising platforms such as Google AdWords
