Who You Are?

Dalet is undergoing an unprecedented transformation of its business model, from traditional perpetual licenses to subscription. To address the HR implications of this critical digital transition, Dalet is seeking an experienced self-directed People and Talent Manager, that has strong operational, organizational, collaboration, and strategic/analytical experience with employee satisfaction, company culture and talent acquisition to perform a key role in globally attracting, retaining and developing the very best talent for Dalet.

You will have an executive team that gets the importance of Dalet’s human capital to its business. It is your responsibility to understand the company’s business and its current transformation, and how our employees fit into our strategic plans, in order to deliver a superior employee experience.

You will need to have a complete understanding of workforce costs and understand how to talk about human capital in terms of the business.

What You’ll Do?

In this position, you will be responsible for innovating workplace strategies, pinpointing most relevant talent pools and increase overall employee satisfaction and retention rates.

To achieve these goals, you will:

  • Build culture to improve employee retention, as well as aid in talent acquisition;
  • Facilitate and build relationships to mine new talent pools;
  • Lead change management efforts as they relate to human capital.
  • Help new hires to identify with Dalet’s core values and to see how their work contributes to the overall mission.
  • Coach stakeholders (Department Managers) and provide them with the proper tools, governance and best practices so they can in turn build those relationships within their teams.
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies and planning aligned with business targets
  • Implement learning and development programs.
  • Stay ahead of tech industry trends by providing predictive analytics that help make financial decisions that move the company forward.
  • Optimize the use of people analytics software to manage talent
  • Develop relevant dashboards and KPIs to monitor employee satisfaction, retention rates and financial parameters
  • Meet with selected potential new hires.

You will be part of the management committee and report to the company COO.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • at least 5 years of experience in People and/or Talent management role in a tech company
  • B. S. or M. S. in HR or related field.
  • Experience in implementing organizational redesigns, allowing for an organization to scale
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing a Talent Management strategy. A focus on HR administration is not a strategic component for this role.


  • Strategic as well as tactical mindset. Core competencies that emulate a consultant in many ways, as you will largely consult with various business groups. However, as a "consultant" you will also roll up your sleeves and execute.
  • Perfect command of English.
