What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Director of Customer Services, you will address the renewal of recurring services (such as support, subscription, ...) to leave the sales team free to focus on closing new orders.
Working closely with the sales admin teams, the WW sales teams and the CSM / TAM, you will provide a sales support to:
> renew on time support contracts and subscriptions
> quote services, incl. post-project services and training
> retain and expand key services within the existing customer base and identify upsell opportunities
> perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives
> proactively assist customers with any admin request
Sofia (Bulgaria), or Paris (France), or UK (London/Basingstoke), or Italy (Brescia)
> sales admin experience, esp in after sales, from order to cash
> experience of working within a B2B environment, understanding the sales process, preferably with customer service and customer care experience
> strong negotiation skills and proven ability to address complex customer needs
> used to work with ERP & CRM
> excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French skills will be looked very favourably
> sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company’s success
> Accuracy and attention to detail & proven organisational skills
> an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
> team player with ability to work independently and as a team, with great interpersonal and communication skills
> anticipation and proactivity
> critical thinker and problem-solving skills
> BS in Business or relevant field, additional certification in training is a plus
