Role Description

Working closely with the Head of Digital and Content, as well as other senior members of the marketing team, the Content Marketing Manager is in charge of planning, developing and implementing the company's content marketing strategy through detailed and well-maintained editorial calendars. Primarily you will manage the creation, production and distribution of high-impact content that converts, ranging from product pages to customer stories, blogs, white papers, social media posts, emails, presentations, and other content. Your goal is to drive awareness, engagement, and demand with current and future customer segments by adding value to the buyer’s journey and customer lifecycle and to ultimately help increase online lead generation through a variety of channels. Furthermore, you will work cross-functionally both within and outside of the marketing team to develop the Dalet brand voice and POV.

Prior work background in the software industry is a plus, as is hands-on proficiency with CRM software like HubSpot or editing tools like Adobe Photoshop. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are all important keys to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Dalet content marketing strategy, brand voice and POV
  • Define and maintain detailed editorial calendars to track content production, distribution, and performance
  • Manage the timely delivery of content from inception through editing, design, and publication, using internal and external resources
  • Develop new content angles for every stage of the buyer’s journey from awareness to loyalty and advocacy
  • Write, review, edit, and optimize content for the Dalet website, blog, bylines, emails, website, social accounts, script production (podcast and video), longform assets and campaign landing pages
  • Utilize SEO best practices to increase site traffic
  • Brainstorm, research, and pitch creative angles for a variety of social media channels to deliver the best social posts to our audience and to drive engagement and follower growth
  • Manage Dalet social media accounts
  • Create monthly reports, focused on content marketing KPIs to highlight your strategy success and to identify content optimization opportunities
  • Monitor best practices and new trends to continuously elevate our standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred
  • 3-5 years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in the IT software, hardware and SaaS arena
  • Proven track record of growing a brand’s audience through content and social media
  • Excellent English writing, editing and proofing skills with a knack for storytelling and creating highly engaging content
  • Experience writing SEO optimized content
  • Full competency in Microsoft productivity applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with a variety of marketing tools, including platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Independent self-starter who can adapt easily to a rapidly changing environment and communicate clearly across remote teams
  • Willing to work flexible hours to occasionally accommodate a range of time zones
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new information, technologies, and processes
  • Highly organized with a critical attention to detail
