As a HR Manager, you will oversee HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and employee experience for our Tech Hubs (Israel, India, UK, Italy ...). You will partner with people managers and provide HR guidance and run all HR initiatives. You will also perform a variety of HR-related administrative tasks. You will report to the Chief People Officer.

What you'll be doing

  • Support people managers in talent acquisition and onboarding processes
  • Run HR initiatives: goal setting, people review, career development, merit increases
  • Work closely with management and employees to increase employee engagement, performance, and retention
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance towards conflict resolution
  • Prepare employment paperwork and manage benefits enrollment
  • Maintain employee records and collaborate with Payroll vendors
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Ensure our compliance with applicable local labour law and regulations

    What you’ll need to be successful

    • 5-8 years experience as a HR Generalist / HR Business Partner
    • Curious, self-starter, problem solver and results oriented
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of labour laws
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Fluent in both Hebrew and English
    • Master degree in Human Resources or relevant field
