Who you are

If you’re a data and process-oriented marketing operations professional with a keen interest in B2B software, we invite you to talk to us about this opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a first successful experience in digital marketing, growth or operations.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you will be creating, building, and executing marketing campaigns in HubSpot and beyond, as well as maintaining and enhancing the CRM database. You will work closely with Sales to ensure the generation, routing, and assignment of leads, as well as building workflows and automations across the full customer lifecycle with Customer Success and other teams. We’re looking for a quick learner with a proven track record of execution and collaboration skills.


  • Create, build, manage, test, and execute marketing campaigns in HubSpot
  • Manage processes for lead grading/scoring, MQL assignment, lead routing, and task creation for Business Development teams
  • Maintain and improve Dalet CRM database
  • Cleanse, enrich and upload prospect lists from various events
  • Support in the creation and deployment of ads and marketing emails
  • Help manage the marketing technology stack and integrations to other systems
  • Assist marketing managers in making data driven decisions using reporting and analytics to improve and report on campaign performance
  • Develop and document workflow processes and taxonomies

            What you’ll need to be successful

            • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth and/or operations
            • Excellent command of HubSpot (CRM, marketing and sales automation) and strong interest in digital and growth marketing tools
            • Proven track record creating and running workflows and sequences, search and social ads, emails and landing pages
            • Self-starter & creative thinker, with a mind who enjoys “figuring things out”
            • Strong logic, analytical skills and data-driven thinking
            • Team player and attention to detail
            • HubSpot Marketing and/or Sales Certification is a plus
